Code of conduct

At Huinid Hotels, we strive that all guests and visitors enjoy their stay or visit. We wish everyone's experience to be in an atmosphere of serenity and harmony. In order to do so, we kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to the following coexistence rules:

• Respect the rest and tranquility of public areas by avoiding loud voices, music, and noisy gatherings.
• Kids. Those responsible for their care are requested to be alert on their behavior in public areas, the activities they may develop and the spaces they may visit, to avoid disturbing others. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult when entering the pool.
• Huinid Hotels is a smoke-free establishment in accordance with Municipal Ordinance 2107-CM. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of USD 100 will be charged for disinfection and smoke removal from the environment. Smoking is only allowed outdoors.
• We request the proper use of our facilities and equipments, as well as rooms and common areas. In case of damages, we will charge in your account an amount equivalent to the costs of replacement and/or repair.
• For safety reasons, cooking is prohibited in the rooms. The cabins are exempt from this rule, as they are equipped with facilities for that purpose.
• Room towels are for exclusive use within the room. Lost, stained, or damaged towels must be paid for their replacement value.
• It is not allowed to bring outside food and/or beverages into our Restaurant/Bar and SPA.
• We recommend securing your valuables in the safe box provided for this purpose in the room. Additionally, we advise against leaving valuables in parked vehicles or when going out for a stroll.
